    With a track record of launching and scaling iconic beauty brands, Victoria is an expert in product development and sourcing. As the founder of FRH, Victoria has guided over 80 brands, from indie sensations to established
    names, through every stage of growth.

    Her unmatched expertise in supply chain optimization, contract negotiations, and innovative product design sets the foundation for FRH’s unique market positioning. Victoria’s hands-on approach and vast network are the engines powering our journey from concept to consumer.

    One of her favourite games to play is ‘guess the product cost’ & it’s not often she loses! So go on, challenge her to a game.

  • Sandra Hadcroft (she/her)

    Partner

    The ultimate packaging nerd & one of the industry’s leading packaging technologists, Sandra’s spent years developing bespoke tooled packaging and products for world leading personal care brands.

    She knows the workings of a production line like the back of her hand and is never happier than when buried under a mountain of technical specs using vernier calipers as crampons.

    You’ll be hard pressed to find someone with more experience… just don’t ask her for help with I.T or social media.

Known for his strategic acumen, John has been at the forefront of some of the most successful beauty launches in the industry. His deep understanding of consumer trends and relentless pursuit of excellence drive the innovative spirit of FRH.

    John’s leadership is integral to shaping our clients strategy and ensuring every product resonates with our audience’s desires.
